Uma vida mais tranquila começa com a observação do que é realmente sua vida e caminha para a abertura de espaços, mantendo apenas o que agrega valor. A metodologia que apresento tem foco nessa organização humanizada que conecta as pessoas ao que realmente importa para elas. Na Jornada da Organização, os trabalhos são norteados pela linha de pensamento do essencialismo, dos ciclos da natureza, do mindset de organização e da (re)conexão com o eu, com o outro e com o digital. Porque acreditamos no processo holístico, na composição que envolve não apenas a ação final, mas também o autoconhecimento sobre o que tem valor nessa jornada.

Esses pilares norteadores geram a metodologia da Jornada, chamadas de HCO – Human Centred Organizing (HCO), que leva a trilhas do caminho a ser percorrido, que por fim, são praticadas por meio de um conjunto de ferramentas (métodos) que facilitam uma jornada significativa, autêntica e que proporcione sentimento de pertencimento dos exploradores da organização àquele caminho.

Apesar dos Pilares da Jornada da Organização estarem divididos em dois grandes campos, é um conjunto indissociável, pois se alocam em um caminho circular, integrativo e regenerativo. Em cada uma das partes há premissas que dialogam, inter-relacionam e agem de maneira transdisciplinar.
